  • Products are shipped from Brazil

Essentia does not refund customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.

2. Returns Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

2.1. Legal Timeframe

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery for online purchases only.

This is the minimum legal period and is not extended by Essentia.

2.2. Mandatory Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Include original packaging, seals, manuals, and accessories

  • Show no signs of damage, tampering, or misuse

Products that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted.

2.3. Personal Care, Beauty, and Wellness Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, personal care, beauty, and wellness products cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed, even within the legal return period, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

3. Defective Products

If a product presents a manufacturing defect, customers must contact Essentia within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images or videos

Upon review, Essentia may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund

4. Return Procedure

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Customers must contact Essentia through the official support channels listed on the website. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to Essentia’s verified error:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For international orders, logistics and customs costs are non-refundable

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Abuse of Returns
